ProWein Agora – Marketplace for exchange

Across the span of the three days, the Agora offers leading figures from the wine and spirits industry as well as the academia the opportunity to bring their perspectives onto the stage. The 12-hour program encourages exchange in a wide variety of formats, ranging from TED-style keynotes and panel discussions to interviews. The thematic focus, “New Technology: How Data and Tools Create Added Value,” provides insights into the opportunities and risks of increasing digitalization and the use of AI in wine sales.

Dr. Felix Hüttemann will take part in the trade fair as a representative of the project The Computerized Palate: Digital Technologies and the Lower Senses.”
